| Rob's Bachelor Party in Chicago | August 2008 |
| pictures taken 04/08: Chicago, Illinois | Yet another update. Can you tell we don't have TV at home right now? Ha. Here are a few slides from my bachelor party weekend in Chicago, IL. The guys, my wedding party - minus Tiffany's brother Cory who couldn't make it, plus - Johnny, a great friend from RPI who never says no to a good time ... all made the trip to Chicago and spoiled me for a few days a month before my wedding. Check it out. |
| Mr. and Mrs. Robert Slavik's Honeymoon | August 2008 |
| pictures taken 05/08: Jamaica | Haven't done a slide show since this time last year? Crazy! Well, what better comeback than our honeymoon? Here is a slide-show from our honeymoon to Sandal's Whitehouse, on the southern coast of Jamaica. As you'll see, we didn't do a darn thing. It was great : ) |
| Pearl Jam in Europe | August 2007 |
| pictures taken 06/07: United Kingdom, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium | This is a fun one to share. Tiffany, Dipak, and I decided to take a vacation together. Ok, not really. We decided to go see Pearl Jam in Europe - and plan a vacation around that. Of course. We had a really nice eight nights together. The trip went something like this - we flew from the US to London, then flew from London to Copenhagen, next flew from Copenhagen to Amsterdam, left Amsterdam on a train to Nijmegen, travelled from Nijmegen to Brussels via train, flew from Brussels to London, and finally - flew from London back to the US. We explored four countries, attended three Pearl Jam shows, overslept two mornings, and met countless new friends ... enjoy the 80 slides. And when you've completed that task, I suggest you check out a few websites maintained by some of our new international friends. Trust me, their sites are worth checking out ... Laura's Copenhagen pictures here , Laura's Nijmegen pictures here Olivier's pictures here , Yuri's blog here |
| Meeting Riley Kate | April 2007 |
| pictures taken 03/07: Mystic, CT | Tiffany and I took our first road-trip of 2007 to Mike and Lauren's place in CT to meet Riley Kate (their first child, my first niece). We'd seen all the pictures, but we hadn't met her yet! So just before she turned three-weeks old, we made the journey and said hello for ourselves. And I'm proud to say she's even more beautiful in person. Check out the highlights ... |
| Minnesota Snow. | February 2007 |
| pictures taken 02/07: St. Louis Park, MN | First update of 2007. Nothing like a good snow to get the camera out. |
| Oh Canada ... | April 2006 |
| pictures taken 09/05: Various Canadian Cities | Great, great trip. Shouldn't have put off the update. But, I had some camera issues on the trip (of course), so it brings back bad memories. Nonetheless, great trip to Canada with Tiffany, Dipak, and Jay to see three Pearl Jam shows. Jay! Somehow talked him into leaving Ct. for a few days. Here is the proof. |
| House-Hunting | March 2006 |
| pictures taken 03/06: Minneapolis, MN | Anyone crazy enough to look for a house in the Minneapolis, MN area during "Winter" should be prepared ... there will be snow. And small houses. And large price tags. But it is do-able. |
| Pearl Jam @ The Gorge | March 2006 |
| pictures taken 09/05: Seattle, WA | Timed this perfectly. After a few months of "vacation", back with a slide-show from a Pearl Jam holiday weekend in Seattle, Washington. Just in time to link up with the release of a new Pearl Jam song (the first single off their next album). Go download (for free!) their new song ... "Worldwide Suicide." You should listen to it as you plow your way through the 80 slides. |
| Joey's Visit to SC | November 2005 |
| pictures taken 08/05: Columbia, SC | We invited Joey down to South Carolina this past August as a last little weekend of fun before his junior year of college started. You know, cause going to college (for physical education) is painful and joyless. So, he came down for a few days to hang out and party. And fight over a board-game ... want to see? |
| Weekend at Jay's | October 2005 |
| pictures taken 08/05: Plainville, CT | Not as memorable as a "Weekend at Bernies", but a weekend at Jay's is always a good time. Sometime in August, I had to go up to our corporate headquarters in Wayne, NJ for a few days. So, I decided to go up the weekend before the training class started to spend some time with a few friends. Jay and Peetz were both around, so we set-up a little weekend together at Jay's place. See for yourself ... |
| New Camera, Excitement | September 2005 |
| pictures taken 07/05 & 08/05: Columbia, SC | Three years later ... Been maintaining a web site (in some way or another) since mid-freshman year in college ('98 - '99). Have been at RobertSlavik.com since I graduated college ('02). This site basically turned "three" earlier this summer. And the main reason I find it worth all the effort (and get some vistors) is because I got a digital camera for my college graduation. And as fast as technogology advances, it truly is a miracle I've lasted this long with that camera. It was a great gift. Gave me, and you, many fond memories. So, it was time for me to finally shell out the big bucks and upgraded. Having said that, if you benefit from this site, feel free to contribute some monies. You know where to send it. (No checks please). |
| NYC, Wedding, and Local H | August 2005 |
| pictures taken 06/05: Home & New York, NY | Diverse slide-show. Lots of "-ings" --- Waiting. Changing. Flying. Rushing. Partying. Not Sleeping. Wedding. Socializing. Capturing. Walking. Sight-seeing. Sweating. Drinking. Eating. Boating. Rocking. Cross-dressing. And of course - Local H-ing. |
| Memorial Day Wedding in IN | July 2005 |
| pictures taken 05/05: Evansville, IN | Quick and accurate. We spent Memorial Day weekend back in Evansville. Tiffany's friends Rhanda and Andy were getting married. Tiffany was in the wedding ... and I got to attend. |
| Charleston and Fishie | July 2005 |
| pictures taken 05/05: Charleston, SC and Columbia, SC | This is a sad update. Hope that's ok with ya'll. The good news is - Tiffany and I got to enjoy a great May weekend in Charleston. The bad news is, May was the month we lost fishie. And this slide-show captures both events. For the last time, we miss you fishie. |
| Bain Mattox Rock's NC | July 2005 |
| pictures taken 05/05: Charlotte, NC | Excuse me sir // Excuse me ma'am // Pardon me kin // Welcome family and friends Bain Mattox! A band that Tiffany and I will drop everything we're doing to go see them live. A band that creates sounds, lyrics, and songs that will inspire you. And perhaps most importantly, a band that enjoys who they are and what they do. I supposed that's why they refuse to sign a record deal and turn their careers over to "suits." |
| Clare's Wedding!!! | July 2005 |
| pictures taken 04/05: The Tri-State Area | Here we are. The moment many of you have been waiting for ... Mr. and Mrs. Michael John Clare!!! (And the crowd goes wild). Since this was the event of the year, Tiffany and I decided to make a fairly long weekend out of the trip. The wedding was on Long Island, NY (where Kate is from), but we started our "vacation" in upstate New York visiting RPI! And we finished our "vacation" by visiting Jay's new house in Connecticut. But make no mistake, the trip was about celebrating Clare getting hitched! |
| Ben Lee: Awake in Atlanta | July 2005 |
| pictures taken 04/05: Atlanta, GA | The Clare bachelor party and the Clare wedding had to be broken up. They had to be. Thankfully, I got to go see Ben Lee perform in Atlanta during the three week "lay-over" (aka - recovery). Tiffany and I drove to Atlanta to see Mr. Lee. It was our second time seeing him live, but the first time since we've really gotten to know him. And this time he was playing with a full band - not solo. Excellent show. We had very high expectations and Ben delivered. |
| Clare's Bachelor Party | July 2005 |
| pictures taken 04/05: New York, NY | How do you introduce something like this? Something ... totally beyond words. The trick is - you don't. Why ruin the moment with words? Instead you sit back and join the crowd. And remember to take it all in. |
| St. Patrick's Day ... Wasted in Columbia | June 2005 |
| pictures taken 03/05: Columbia, SC | Even looking at this slide-show gives me a headache. Partied way to hard this past St. Patrick's Day. And it was well worth it. Saw Collective Soul. Hung out with Tiffany. And got to know a few friends. Success. Except for the hang-over. |
| The Pacific Northwest | June 2005 |
| pictures taken 03/05: Seattle, WA | Quick, guess my favorite city. Not only is Seattle the home of rock music, and specifically PJ, but it also happens to be where my older brother and his wife live. Yeah, Mike and Lauren are calling Washington their home state these days. That's awesome! What better way to finally introduce Mike & Lauren to Tiffany? |
| OSHA 30 in Savannah, GA | May 2005 |
| pictures taken 02/05: Savannah, GA | Back in Feb. I had a chance to go to a safety training course in Savannah, GA. Savannah in Feb. - how could I say no! It was a great week ... Super Bowl on Sunday night, warm weather, deep southern culture, and a few days with some friends from my old plant in Indiana. Throw in a visit from Tiffany and we practically have a vacation. Class was all week, but I only took the camera out with us one night. Pretty impressive that all of this stuff happened in one night ... you can only imagine what five straight nights like this were like (and what class felt like each morning). |
| Fishie, Fishie - Want Food? | May 2005 |
| pictures taken 02/05: Columbia, SC | Don't have much to say about this slide-show. It kinda explains itself. Very short (and small), so enjoy it while it lasts. Because you never know how close the end is. |
| Bed & Breakfast @ The Biltmore | May 2005 |
| pictures taken 01/05: Asheville, NC | Several Slavik firsts here: 1) A bed & breakfast weekend? 2) Asheville, NC and no Pearl Jam? 3) Somone else helping me writing the captions? I've lost all control ... Nah, this is fun!!! Tiffany and I wanted to go skiing this winter (after moving the SC). But there just wasn't enough winter for that. No snow anywhere in the area - which is kinda a nice problem, right? But we still wanted to "do something." Well, Tiffany asked around at work and a few people told her about "The Biltmore Estate" in Asheville, NC. So, we looked into it and decided to give it a try ... a little weekend retreat (2 or so hours up the road). And yes - I had help writing these captions. Tiffany and I wrote them (on a laptop) during some recent travels. Her comments are in RED ... I hope she doesn't offend anyone, ha. |
| New Year's Eve in South Carolina | April 2005 |
| pictures taken 12/04 & 01/05: Columbia, SC | One of those things you just hope you won't regret. You know, inviting a bunch of people to your place for New Year's Eve. Well, truth be told - Tiffany and I were pretty much in need of some chaos. Our first few weeks in SC were spent working, watching re-runs of Friends, and wondering what we had gotten ourselves into. Basically we were in a state of confusion. And what better way to straighten everything out and remember what living is all about than having a two-bedroom apartment filled with twelve people. Did I just say that? 12 people in a 2 bedroom apartment? (Insert obvious joke). Anyway - a few friends from up north made their way down south to join us for a New Year's celebration. Many thanks to those that came to our rescue. And they got a little something out of it too ... we got to play mini-golf on New Year's Day in 60 degree weather. Oh, the south has potential. |
| Mattie G. Weds | April 2005 |
| pictures taken 06/04: Various, NJ | This slide-show comes with great pressure. Not good. It's so, so late - which is never a good thing. That raises the expectation. And the anticipation has been building for what seems like forever (when actually it's only ten months or so, ha). Then factor in this email (which has been edited, but unchanged) ... Yo, Get your mom the pictures she wants. What kind of son are you anyway? I can't wait for my wedding slide show. Being that you just got Nick's up awhile ago I should be able to see some pics by 2006. It will be a nice anniversary gift. Let me know how it goes. matt If that isn't setting yourself up for failure, I don't know what is. But, I've got a job to do. And that's share. With that, I ask for you to be understanding. I'm just one man. With very little to offer. Go easy on me. Sorry for the long wait. And even more sorry that this update isn't amazing. It just didn't come together all that well (you'll see). But that doesn't mean I didn't have a great time at the wedding. Or that Matt and Kristin deserve such an average slide-show. Sometimes I just don't produce. |
| Thanksgiving 2004 | April 2005 |
| pictures taken 11/04: Columbia, SC | Pretty basic. Because of my new position at work, in a maintenance department, I was going to be working long hours around Christmas and therefore not able to fly to Jersey to see everyone in late December. So, Tiffany and I asked my mom and little brother if they were interested in coming to South Carolina for Thanksgiving. And when they agreed, I bought them plane tickets down as part of their Christmas present. Simply enough. Here are the highlights of their visit. Glad mom and Joey made the trip ... and really glad my mom cooked us a turkey : ) |
| Harvard vs. Yale '04 | March 2005 |
| pictures taken 11/04: Boston, MA | I never went to an Ivy League school. And I never will. But I'm a huge Harvard football fan - which means I hate Yale. Simple as that. My friend Mr. Mike Clare graduated (believe it or not : ) from Harvard in 2001. While there he played on the offensive line for the football team. And I made it a point to check out as many of his games as I could. Being only two and a half hours away, I saw quite a few. The highlight ever year was the Harvard/Yale game. One of the great college football rivalries. So this past Fall I decided I needed to see at least one more of their games. And seeing that Tiffany had never been to Boston it seemed like the perfect reason for us to head north. Oh, and the Harvard football team was undefeated too. |
| Columbia Move | March 2005 |
| pictures taken 10/04 & 11/04: Columbia, SC | Another update in March? I'm on a roll ...I won't bore everyone with the details of the move from Evansville, IN to Columbia, SC. But I'll give you a few highlights. Friday 10/1 Tiffany and I saw Ben Lee in Louisville, KY. Saturday 10/2 we saw Pearl Jam in Toledo, OH. Sunday 10/3 we saw Pearl Jam in Grand Rapids, MI. Monday 10/4 we stopped by her parent's house in Indiana to say bye. Tuesday 10/5 the movers came (9am-5pm). Tuesday 10/5 we saw Pearl Jam in St. Louis with our friends Scott and Susan (left at 5pm, got home at 3 am). Wednesday 10/6 Tiffany left for a cruise (6:30am). Wednesday 10/6 Rob moved out of his apartment (3pm). Wednesday 10/6 Rob saw Pearl Jam in Asheville, NC (alone. arrived 5 minutes before they took the stage. check out the milage from Evansville, IN to Asheville, NC). Thursday 10/7 Rob arrived in Columbia, SC (and stayed in a hotel). Friday 10/8 Rob stopped by his new plant to get a jump on the paper work ... stayed in a hotel until our stuff was delivered the following Wednesday. And that was the context of the move. Pretty sweet, huh? I should make a career move into Logistics, what do you think? As I was saying - here are some pictures of the apartment Tiffany and I moved into in Columbia, SC. Some are from me and the movers unpacking (while Tiffany was on a cruise!) and others are since we sorta got settled in. Here goes nothing. |
| Slavik's Brew | March 2005 |
| pictures taken 09/04: Evansville, IN | Wow, posting September '04 stuff in March of '05. And with very little new information shared in Q1 2005. I'm just glad you're still visiting. Pardon me for taking your participation and understanding for granted. It's very exciting to have an audience (no matter how small) and I will be more customer driven throughout the rest of '05 and beyond. Now, onto the slide-show. Finally decided to start a hobby I've been dreaming about for a few years. Homebrewing. Those that do it, love it. And they make it sound so exciting. And so worth-wild. And it's a fascinating process. And so began my career ... And yes, based on this first experience, there is no chance "Rob the brewmaster" will be coming to a bar near you anytime soon. So, keep drinking those Bud Lights. Yuck. |
| A Long Ride Home | February 2005 |
| pictures taken 08/04: Caldwell, NJ | I've got lots of catching-up to do. Thanks for your patience. Tiffany and I took a trip, via car, from EVV to Jersey. It's been so long that I can't remember exactly how long we took - but it was basically a Friday - Wednesday. Just enough time to miss Indiana. |
| My cousin Nick's Wedding ... August 2003! | August 2004 |
| pictures taken 08/03: Rutherford, NJ | How do I explain putting a good update off for almost a year? I have no good explaination except I'm lazy. Sorry. My cousin Nick got married in August of 2003 in an amazing ceremony. Him and Gina (and their families) held a bash that was perfect in everyway. They really put together an incredible night - one that took a year to summarize : ) Quick side note - my mom has been asking me to give her prints of the picts from the wedding since they day after, and I still haven't. I need motivation. Please email me and tell me what a terrible son I am so that I finally meet her request. Thanks. |
| Lopez's Wedding in San Jose, CA | June 2004 |
| pictures taken 06/04: San Jose, CA & San Francisco, CA | I really shouldn't have to include anything else. I mean, that headline says it all. Lopez. Wedding. California. Dips and I took a trip out to sunny California for a few days to explore the bay area and see one of our west coast buddies say I do. While out there we hit San Jose, Palo Alto, and "beautiful" San Francisco. Aside from the wedding, there were a few other great experiences. You'll have to see for yourself. This is the longest slide-show to date - clocking in at 76 pictures. I suggest you hit the bathroom before indulging, you don't want to get distracted ... well, some of you might want to ... |
| A Night Alone in Tahoe | May 2004 |
| pictures taken 05/04: Lake Tahoe, CA & Lake Tahoe, NV | The second part of the Tahoe update. As you should recall, I spent a weekend, a crazy weekend, in Lake Tahoe for my friend Phil's bachelor party. Well, here is the Slavik perspective of that trip. The Vacation part. After the party was over and everyone was headed back to their lives, I stayed one more night to explore the sights and sounds of Lake Tahoe. Without the party. And believe you me, it is an amazing place. I've withheld comments on the pictures because it would be taking away from the art ... and because I'm lazy. But please, take a minute to check out what could have been missed had I not spent an extra night. Enjoy : ) |
| Bachelor Party @ Lake Tahoe! | May 2004 |
| pictures taken 05/04: Lake Tahoe, CA & Lake Tahoe NV | You've gotta be kidding me. Is life really this good to me? Amazing. Dips and I randomly meet two guys at a PJ show in the summer of 2000 and now I've seen Seattle, San Diego, Las Vegas, Portland, Sunriver (Oregon), and now Reno / Lake Tahoe with these guys. How unexpected. How incredible. |
| Christmas in California | January 2004 |
| pictures taken 12/03: San Diego, CA & Tijuana, Mexico | The long awaited update ... I spent my Christmas in San Diego, California with my family. Not a bad place to be in December. Not home for the holidays though ... |
| What's the Occasion? | November 2003 |
| pictures taken 10-11/03: Evansville, IN | There has to be something going on that I'm not aware of. Three of my college friends, Jay, Rox, and Alex came out to Evansville for a weekend. And, if that wasn't fishy enough, wait till you see what they wore! I'm telling you, somethings going on. |
| Kelly and Kelly Get Hitched! | September 2003 |
| pictures taken 09/03: Portland & Sunrive, OR | What more do I have to say? Kelly Morris, mine and Dips' PJ friend, recently got married and we had the honor of participating. For some strange reason, probably because they didnt think we'd show, Kelly and Kelly invited us to their wedding in Sunriver Oregon. Because Dips and I never have anything to do, because money doesnt matter to us, and because Kelly and Kelly are so damn cool, Dips and I made the trip across the US to be there on their wedding day. And oh yeah, we got to have our first reunion with Kelly and Phil's friends that we met at the PJ shows in San Diego and Las Vegas. The trip was a blast and the wedding was even better. Thanks so much to Kelly and Kelly. It was without a doubt one of the best weddings I've been to --- fancy, great people, and lots of fun. See for yourselves. |
| Slavik Now Owns a Lexus | August 2003 |
| pictures taken 08/03: Evansville, IN | One of those true life changing moments. I had "my car" Larry (1986 Pontiac Firebird), since August 1997 (just before my senior year in high school). Well, Larry and I did everything together for 6 years. A true friend --- even at the very end ... I've been out of college a little over a year now - and well, it was time to update my wheels. Sure Larry was a great friend, but lets face it - his time had come. I thank him for the many, many, many miles we traveled together and for getting me where I needed to be on all occasions except one (the Nashville! story). But one bad day out of about 2190 aint bad (that's 0.045% for you math nerds) ... I did my homework, mostly on the internet, and looked at quite a few cars. No car, not even the really, really expensive kind, was exactly what I wanted. That was sad. All this money, and no perfect machine. But I accepted that and continued my search. I finally decided on a 2003 Lexus IS 300. It's a pretty ride. Rides a bit sporty, looks pretty sweet, has some serious features (power locks, power windows, a/c, etc). I got it in graphite gray pearl with black leather interior. A few neat things: 5-speed manual, 6 disc in dash cd player, sunroof, heated seats, 215 horses, hid lights, and a tiny spoiler. I got the sport design - which you can read about fon the lexus site or by searching the internet. I hope you like my first new car. |
| PJ Reunion 3: West-side | June 2003 |
| pictures taken 06/03: San Diego, CA & Las Vegas, NV | This is the hardest summary to date. Its like being asked to describe the best you've ever had (I have a feeling Phil thinks its all great, ha). But let me get back on track. I have put this update off for a very long time because I know everyone who lived it will be disappointed with the end product. For that I am forever sorry. But let us remember - bragging about your life is fine and good, but the true enjoyment must come from the moment(s). For the cherries out there - the pictures only tell part of the story. |
| PJ Trip to Cleveland and Pittsburgh | May 2003 |
| pictures taken 04/03: Cleveland, OH & Pittsburgh, PA | Pearl Jam shows 7 and 8 for me this tour. Very good shows. Pittsburgh was classic. Got to hear my favorite song, Immortality, and a song I've been dying to hear - Footsteps. Well, Ryan and I drove 7 hours to Cleveland. Then 2 from Cleveland to Pittsburg. Then 5 or 6 to Cincy on the way home for a Reds game. Then 3.5 more to get back to Evansville. We drove all over to get these pictures. |
| We Hold the Key to the West | April 2003 |
| pictures taken 04/03: St. Louis, MO | My friend Ryan and I took the gateway to the west, St. Louis, MO, by storm one Saturday afternoon. I must say, holding the key to the west was a little less exciting than I thought. I expect this true feeling of power, but it really felt just like another fun Saturday spent outside of Indiana. Not to downplay the greatness of St. Louis, it's an amazing city, but you don't feel like you own the wild-west. The arch however, is really cool. |
| Pearl Jam 2003 - Shows 1 and 2 | April 2003 |
| pictures taken 04/03: San Antonio & Houston, TX | So, The Slavik World Tour (2003), officially began April 4th. Rox and I went to Texas for two Pearl Jam shows - Saturday and Sunday in San Antonio and Houston, respectivly. Both cities are real cool and the shows were real good. Sadly, I couldn't bring my camera into either venue, but we did get a few pictures while in Texas. The lonestar state in early April. |
| Dallas, TX --- in March | April 2003 |
| pictures taken 03/03: Dallas, TX | What do you say to a 3 day training class in Dallas, Texas? I don't know the answer either.I went to Dallas at the end of March, my first time in Texas, for a class on "Skills and Techniques for New Supervisors." And of course I rocked the class. Ha. Actually, I was the youngest one there by about 10 years. I was the only one there not currently supervising. And oh yeah, I was from the northeast. I was the odd-one out. Though I did manage to learn a lot in class. And quite honestly, I had a good time too. I met some cool people (that means chicks). In just a friendly manner (of course). But that helped make the trip a little more interesting. |
| A Quick Trip to See 'The H' in Chicago | March 2003 |
| pictures taken 03/03: Chicago, IL | Remember that Atlanta trip I went on, well I got back from that trip on Friday and headed to Chicago Saturday morning to see Local H in their home city! You know it! Two of my college friends, Rox and Matt, were in Chicago for the weekend so we all met up for the show. And two friends of mine from Evansville (Caryn and Pat) decided to come with me - despite both loving rap!. As usual, a good time, although Chicago was way colder than expected. |
| Extra, Extra, See All About ... | January 2003 |
| pictures taken 09/02 - 01/03: Various locations | Bored. Nothing too exciting going on around here, so I put together a few images from the outtake files. Can't say its exciting, but it should do. Hope you enjoy a look back at images that were previously private. |
| Christmas Break ... Aren't You Already Out of School? | January 2003 |
| pictures taken 12/02 & 01/03: Rutherford, NJ & Evansville, IN | It's very true, I still got a Christmast break. I know I don't deserve one, nor am I supposed to have one - but I was lucky. It was like being in college all over again --- I got to go home for nine days. I didn't have to go to work for almost two weeks ... it was great. |
| Pearl Jam - Seattle 12/8/02 | December 2002 |
| pictures taken 12/02: Seattle, WA | The day the world stopped. I've had some spectacular moments in my life, and I am thankful for each and every one of them. But my trip to see Pearl Jam live in Seattle, with Dipak, stands out as the single greatest thing I've been a part of. Sure, I could have had backstage passes and enjoyed a black and tan with Vedder, or had front row center tickets, or joined the mile-high club --- but even without those, this trip was more than I could have ever dreamed of. This is one happy kid reflecting on a weekend of pure joy. PJ, live from Seattle. |
| Thanksgiving Trip | December 2002 |
| pictures taken 11/02: Charleston, SC | Way behind here, sorry. Not that I've been busy or anything - but I did see the Atlantic Ocean on Sunday and the Pacific Ocean the following Friday. Not to mention I worked 50 hours in-between. See, my life is exciting. My brother and his wife Lauren showed me a great time over Thanksgiving. I drove from Evansville Indiana to Charleston South Carolina. Arrived Wednesday at 1pm eastern time and returned to Evansville Sunday at 8pm central time. Again, thanks to Lauren and Mike for a great Thanksgiving break. |
| Sharp Dressed Man Takes Over Nashville | October 2002 |
| pictures taken 10/02: Nashville, TN | You've gotta be nuts. A chance to see Local H in TN!!! Yeah man! It's one of those defining moments. A city boy who loves the rock (and roll) shows-up to play the home of country music. Please. As if that isn't exciting enough, put that same city boy in Texas-gear and hand him a guitar slide. |
