----- Original Message ----- From: "kris yee" To: "Rob Slavik" Sent: Sunday, April 17, 2005 1:34 PM Subject: hay jersey boy slavik! how goes? heading up to the city this afternoon,. and then thought about the time we meet up and then the puke on the stairs and all that. gosh. that was a mess. i guess sobriety has its price. christian just left.. for like the 3rd time this year. haha. he likes it out here. we went surfing up in pacifica. prolly my favorite place to go around here. hows jerzee surf? 7eleven cups and white castle cardboard in yer face and feeling all slick afterward. ooo yeah. so what you been up to? i've got another car and a motorcycle there after. yeeeaahhh.. its been fun. the e30 m3 is super fun around the turns. still have the 510, but this one gets me back and forth without worrying its not going to start back up. we just had that problem. stuck in the parkinglot of a bar and resturant.. and suddenly everyone wants to help. try this, try that. it was a mess. before i know it, i've got the hood up and some guy is talking to me in vietnamese taking a hammer to my starter. absolutely insane. and the bike.. is an old 1976 honda cb 175. slow and fun. just learning though. 4 miles on it. oooo yeah. i really like the look of the old "cafe racers". it was this trend back in the 50s and 60s when rock and roll came about. people would strip down their bikes, go to the cafe, and race others up and down the street. i'd like to get people to do the same but minus racing. well.. maybe. hope to hear from you soon, bud. >k |
